AHK 3 Role Plate Rolls
In AHK 3-Roll Plate Rolling Machines, every 3 rolls are independently-driven with the reducers and hydraulic motors in the models with a roll diameter of 230mm and over, and in the models with a roll diameter of less than 230mm, the side rolls are driven by a hydraulic motor, reducer + gear and the upper roll is driven by means of chain gear.
AHV 3 Roll Variable Geometry Plate Rolls
AHV combines power with production flexibility thanks to its variable geometry design. The three rolls in AHV models move independently of each other. The required geometric positions for a wide range of workpieces is ensured thanks to vertical movement of the top roll and independent horizontal motion of the side rolls.
AS / ASM / ASM-S 3 Initial Pinch Plate Rolls
Asymmetric design allows for alignment of the sheet before bending. In this way, the sheet pinched between two rolls maintains its position during bending and guarantees precise bending.
APSM Plate Straightening Machines
According to customer needs, it can be manufactured with 5, 7, or 9 balls. Number of balls is not related to capacity, but to the duration of the fixing process. In 9 ball machines, the sheet is straightened in one time, in 7 ball machine in 3-4 times, and in 5 ball machine in 5-6 times.
